I have never seen more of a mess in the kitchen than I have when the girls decide to play with macaroni. I suppose it was to be expected when I allowed them to play with said macaroni in the first place. I shall see to it that they clean up their mess before they run off to finish getting ready for bed. I don't recall seeing so much glitter in their hair before.

I believe I'll give them a bath as well. It seems like the best course of action at this rate. I should start cleaning up the kitchen. I'd rather Diane not have to worry about a mess while she's busy grading those papers.

Diane, thank you for dinner this evening, however you still seem bothered by something. If you do need to talk, I am always here. I can assure you I will listen.

I should prepare my lessons for the rest of the week. It seems I have been preoccupied with my work with TriCell that I haven't quite prepared myself for the lessons but that will change. Brightening these young minds has become my top priority and I should clearly continue to focus on that.

So it seems another week has gone past without incident. The safety meeting that TriCell held was satisfactory and I can only hope it will only assist in preventing another accident in the laboratory. Between my work with the company and my work here at the school, I believe I have my hands full.

Diane, you seem so down lately. Is there anything I could do for you?

TriCell's purchase of WilPharma has been a worthwhile endeavor. Obtaining their research has assisted us in preventing a worse outcome than what we have dealt with in the lab. It seems that one of our scientists had a lab accident during some routine testing. With the help of the new vaccine it appears we saved one of our lab assistants.

I recall someone mentioning if we had tested the vaccine on people sooner that we might have a stronger vaccine. I can't say if he is right or wrong, but we cannot take unwilling participants in our study. It would be, as some would say, immoral. I wonder what the thoughts of this class would be at the very idea of human experimentation. The previous semester seemed to do quite well with the debate.

It seems the girls enjoyed their time this weekend with their father. They can't seem to stop talking about going to the fair and how much fun they had. I think I heard Adalheid mention wanting me to go next time. Perhaps in the future, seeing as Excella has some new work for me to do.

Perhaps I was too hasty in believing that this semester was the same as the previous. My students have been quite attentative as of late, and I'm glad to see they are now focusing their studies rather than fooling around and asking questions they should know how to answer. This may not be so bad after all.

My employeer called me earlier. It seems there is something I must attend to next weekend, but she assures me it's nothing serious. I can only hope that it isn't considering she seemed concerned.

Diane, I was curious if you wouldn't mind joining me out tomorrow. Perhaps we could take the girls as well, seeing as it might be nice to have an outing with them. What do you say?

I see this semester is no different than the last. Medical aliments aside, we're discussing not just disease and how to cure them. Perhaps we will have another discussion on morality seeing as this group of students feel strongly about how we treat our test subjects. We'll see how the rest of the year plays out.

Diane, I have a few errands to run tonight. I apologise if I am late, however it seems my personal book for this class has gone missing. I believe I have misplaced it.

Another year, another hope for a prospective future. It seems TriCell has decided to "give me a break" so to speak as the new semester approaches. With luck I will have all the time to dedicate to my students who would like to improve the health of man kind. A simple but complex feat in itself and I find such a joy in working toward it.

I apologise, Diane, for leaving you alone with the girls for so long. TriCell's need for my presence in Africa is no longer until perhaps the summer. I look forward to what appears to be an extended vacation from my duties, so I could better assist you as well. I also have brought back a few things from Africa I am certain you would enjoy.

I should prepare for the new semester. I have had little time to plan out a new syllabus but I am looking forward to going through these books and reading the chapters. Medicine certainly has advanced even in this year alone. How exciting.

I feel as though I am forgetting something, however.

My work has kept me quite busy over the last few months, though my classes still seem to be running smoothly. I apologise, Diane, that I leave you with the girls so often. If you'd like, I wouldn't mind taking them off your hands for a weekend or so. It seems my work load has gotten significantly lighter in these last few weeks. My employer, Miss Gionne, has gone through great lengths to allocate some much needed time off.

Though I feel while it may be personal time to spend, I believe it would be better if you took the time off.

However, being called "Uncle Wesker" was not something I was expecting.

Miss McClintock I apologise for the behavior of the girls once more. If you would like I will see to it that they remove the markings off your wall. It would be inexcusable if they remained.

TriCell has been pushing deadlines as of late. They're taking over of WilPharma might have something to do with it. So it seems WilPharma was in the same boat as Umbrella Cooperation, but only time will tell before another company falls to the fate of immorality. Using human test subjects and attempting to benefit by supporting terrorists - it's at least come to an end. Though I can't help but wonder how many Umbrella employee's are left who still hold information to sell to the black market?

I'm beginning to see the importance of a balanced diet now more than ever. Perhaps locking myself in a laboratory for hours at a time without any sort of food around is not the healthiest thing to do. I never thought I would be taking care of children, though I did often meet William's daughter from time to time. She was a shy child, and Jack's children are always so full of questions. It's difficult to explain to them some of the answers.

Class will be as scheduled. We will begin discussing how much time is needed to allocate in the creation of a vaccine. If a virus outbreak is exponentially expanding on a global scale do you attempt to create a vaccine faster? Or do you take the necessary precautions and work at the pace to complete a vaccine with no repercussions? It poses a dilemma when it comes to mass producing an approved and clinically tested vaccine.

I shouldn't have been so foolhardy to believe I could stop him, but I was able to retrieve the children. They're safe with me currently, and I will continue to keep an eye on them until Jack is under control. I haven't seen him since last night, so I am unable to tell if this is temporary.

With any luck, it is. If he is truly abusing the substance then we can only hope there is a way to reign him back in control.

I shall go check on them. They were rather disoriented when I obtained them and may still be, and rightfully so.

I wasn't as productive with my research as I had previously thought. I suppose certain aspects of this school are to blame. Yet I cannot say I am displeased in the least. I've learned more about the impossible becoming possible and the strength everyone seems to have when faced with a dangerous situation.

Though, perhaps that willpower will be used for the new year. As I have stated previously I will be teaching MED 242 (Inactivity and Disease) and MED 332 (Pharmacology). I look forward to teaching on the subject I have invested much of my life in.

Hermione, are you going to be joining the class this semester or have you already a full work load?

It seems I'm not the only one on this campus who is unable to contact our comrades. Jill was supposed to call me by now but I haven't heard a word. If we lost all communications... well this blogging system is functional. I should try and use this as another means of contacting the outside world.

Though, I can't recall if Jill gave me her email address. Just her phone number I believe. I better check my phone to see if I have all of her contact information.

What other problems is everyone encountering? Perhaps there is another way we can overcome the situation. It would be worth while to all of us if we could.

Hm. I never expected this campus to be so vast - perhaps a slight miscalculation on my part. I should have assumed there would be errors when the briefing was rushed, but there is no time to think of the little details on time constraints. The B.S.A.A., hopefully, will have all the information they need once we're finished. At most there should not be any more errors to jeopardize our ultimate goal least things go well for Chris and Jill. They're on their way to Africa to meet with Sheva and Alpha Team - I wish them the best of luck...

I should probably find my way around this campus. The first thing is finding a map, or a guide, who will be willing to assist me. The next thing, will be making sure I know how to use this networking system properly.

Now to try and call Claire or Leon to see if they've managed to obtain any information. I do hope TerraSave doesn't mind if their operatives share information.

So it seems that we're able to return to a "normal" life once more. I never realised such instances were common, but I am glad to see everything....settle down. I must start preparing for my classes for the fall. Slacking off now will only detriment my teaching abilities.

Excella seems to be fretting far too much. Perhaps I will put an end to her worries. Such a nuisance.

[Would you kindly event] [11 Jul 2009|09:18pm]
[Wesker had left the music hall earlier that day in hopes to capture one of those damned little girls the German woman kept her hands on. The whole process intrigued him. ADAM? Perhaps he could make use of it for his project with Uroboros. He was in luck and while it took him quite a bit he was successful in bringing down a Big Daddy leaving the little girl crying for Mr. Bubbles. It was almost laughable really, and yet he had his mission. He stored her elsewhere in a safe compartment in the science lab then, ater collecting ADAM for her so he could sustain her for a while so he may experiment on a live subject, he was back out on the campus.

He was feeling rather good about himself, at that. Who would be foolish enough to stop a God? Wesker did realise that if he didn't get back to the music hall, it might look a bit suspicious. He was certain that Chinese woman, Lei Fang, didn't trust him in the least and she was keeping an eye on him for her friends sake.

What a bother. He could easily use her as a test subject.

He readied his gun, however, hearing a splicer not too far off in the distance singing about his Christian God. He double checked his ammunition and aimed his gun as he started to trek his way back to the music hall.

These Splicer's seem to be dangerous, though not dangerous enough that a few bullets couldn't put them out of their misery. Perhaps we should begin to work on grouping up to keep from being overwhelmed.

They say that working together is usually the best option.

Africa was as it has always been - dangerous and yet wondrous beyond all reason. A man once said that the sunsets in Africa were worth seeing, and I couldn't agree more. At least the trip proved to have invaluable information that I can use for my research.

I'm sure the CEO of TriCell will agree with me that we're close to providing an end to viral terrorism. Hopefully our association with the B.S.A.A and Global Pharmaceutical Consortium will prove just that.
